Refunds & Returns Policy

  • We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, we will replace the same product immediately and there are no additional shipping charges that you would need to pay.
  • Missing or damaged product claims require an unboxing video. Any missing product claims have to be supported with an unboxing video of the order. The customer must make a clear video of opening the box and unboxing all articles from it at the time when they first open the box.
  • Three-day return window. Products can be requested for a return within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Returned orders to be packed and received in original condition. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
  • Earthy Wish uses outsourced manufacturing. Our products are procured directly from manufacturing units and local vendors. Stringent quality checks are commissioned and only products which have been certified by us are delivered to you. We take full responsibility for the quality of delivered products. We entertain all complaints and queries regarding the quality and authenticity of our products. We try to answer your queries regarding usage, breakage and non-functionality of the products. However, with newer stocks and products and a huge database of customers, it is not possible for us to entertain all such complaints. So please ensure that if you face any such problems, contact us within seven days of delivery. After seven days, no such queries and qualitative and functional allegations will NOT be entertained.
  • We urge you to please read the details of the products before buying. COMPANY HAS A NO CASH REFUND POLICY – HOWEVER WE OFFER EXCHANGE OR OFFER A CREDIT NOTE.
  • We offer a reverse-pickup service for many, but not all, pin codes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, the shipping charges shall be borne by the customer. During Covid restrictions customer will have to courier the goods back to warehouse if pickup is not available within 7 working days, you an check with our staff on whatsapp for the same.
  • For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the artisans are making each piece individually – the variations add uniqueness to each product.

Beware of fraudulent calls, we never call you to participate in any lucky draw contests. Do not share OTP/Account details or transfer money to anyone offering vouchers/lucky draw prizes. If you have received any such calls, please report against those numbers and raise a complaint to the local authorities or online FTC complaint assistant.
